I had an excellent experience working with Gary as my real estate agent. He was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. Gary encouraged me to list my condo at a higher price than I initially thought was realistic, and thanks to his knowledge and guidance, I sold it for a much greater profit than I expected. He also gave thoughtful advice on removing and changing certain things to make the condo more attractive to buyers, and he did so in a very tactful way without ever hurting my feelings. (That has happened to me in previous sales) He even offered to use some of his own personal property to help stage the condo and make it feel more cozy, which truly went above and beyond. I was away from the property much of the time. Gary oversaw all the inspections and the repairs. I never had to worry about anything. Gary sold my condo in record time at exactly the right price. He clearly knows the Florida market extremely well and is also super friendly and easy to work with. I would absolutely use him again anytime I am buying or selling a home in Florida and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch agent. As you can see I was a very happy customer when Gary told me he had a contract ready for me to sign.
